José Luiz Martins is a classically trained Brazilian pianist, composer and producer from São Paulo, Brazil who currently lives in Washington DC. He has performed at major music festivals and jazz venues in Brazil, the US and Europe. He has released three albums as a leader, most recently “Reflections,” released in March 2023, and has also recorded 10 albums as a sideman, some of which he also produced.
