About the Event
Bassist Obasi Akoto presents virtuoso Cyrus Chestnut, one of the top pianists of his generation. He has released 23 albums as leader and widely respected and loved by his fellow musicians and audiences around the world. Obasi Akoto is a top-flight bass player and band leader. He regularly plays in the piano trio format and is honored to have Cyrus Chestnut playing with him along with Kelton Norris on drums.
