Born and raised in East Baltimore, saxophonist Steve attended Frederick Douglass High in Baltimore and then went on to study at Berklee College in Boston, Now residing in New York City, Steve has performed with Roy Hargrove, Milt Hinton, Dizzy Giillespie, Grady Tate, Cyrus Chestnut, and many others. At this show, his band will include Theljon Allen on trumpet and flugel, Hope Udobi on keyboard, Cory Baker on bass and Gabe Bennett on drums.
